Programs for education, rehabilitation, training and capacity-building including the Abu-Ghazaleh Cambridge IT Skills Certificate and Certified Public Accountants programs in Syria, through the qualification and certificate of Arab Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) granted by the Arab Society of Certified Accountants and Arab Certified Intellectual Property Practitioner (ACIPP) Program sponsored by the Arab Society for Intellectual Property.

In addition both parties discussed the master's and other academic programs at Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business / German Jordanian University.

They also reviewed programs that have been shared with other United Nations specialized agencies, including the support of small and medium enterprises implemented by TAGorg in conjunction with The Information and Communication Technology for Development in the Arab Region (ICTDAR) of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
